Mr. Brown (Science)

Mrs. Phillips (Math)
Hello and welcome to Team Impact!  My name is Amanda Phillips and I have been teaching at Lewis and Clark since the 2006-2007 school year.  I received my Bachelor's degree in middle and high school math education in May 2006.  I then went on to pursue my Master's degree in Secondary Administration, which I completed in May 2010.

I really enjoy working with the middle-school aged student.  They can offer such an insight with an honesty that is rarely seen in the adult world.  Math can be a challenging subject for some people, but I enjoy the challenge of opening their minds to news ways of problem solving.

I enjoy spending time with my family, which includes my husband, my step-son, and my daughter, Ava.  We are looking forward to the arrival our newest family member, another girl, due in June 2011.
